Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil

South India has always called my tree the kalpavriksha, the 'tree that provides all', and in the kitchen I've more than earned the name! I'm cold-pressed from sun-dried coconut, so I bring a gentle sweetness and aroma to everything I touch. I'm at my best drizzled over a crispy dosa, added into your desserts, or added to a sabzi.
